It's very important to note that Giuliani's gun licensing plan doesn't apply to just handguns, but to rifles as well:
"Should both handgun and rifle owners be licensed...we’re talking about all dangerous weapons."

So Rudy wants to make gun owners take a written exam, a physical test of some sort AND purchase liability insurance? Hello... Republican voters... anybody home? Can you really support Rudy Giuliani and his gun control agenda?
